Our material, the leather, is one of our first and very important consideration. Because of the proximity to Italy, we have easy and direct accessibility to first quality Italian leathers, a fact that is non-negotiable for us. We treat the leathers as they deserve, with respect and care and we cut them by hand without any metallic press. As a result, we have a material, that when you get it in your hands and touch it, you feel at once its value and beauty. The thickness of our cowhides varies from 1mm to 1.6mm and 2,2 to 2.5mm depending on the product. As everything natural, leather has small imperfections, which must be excused -the slight differences in colors also - and on the other hand, time will make your item looking better and better.
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-4 business days for our small goods and totes and 4-7 business days for our duffels. Please contact us via e-mail for requesting last minute orders and we'll be glad to help you.
How we will accept your order
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you our confirmation of your order.
If we cannot accept your order.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will provide you with a refund for the product. This might be because because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Also, we are not responsible for delays due to customs and postal services.
We accept many international cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept many alternative payment methods, such as Paypal, Apple Pay.

Returns & exchanges

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for: custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, with the written indication "RETURNED GOODS" the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
We gladly accept custom and personalized orders. In fact, these orders are part of our business evolution and novelty, the starting point for a new design. So please do not hesitate to contact us and write us your preferences. We won't say no, except in case that you ask something technically impossible or totally out of our process.
The related sizes of the items are approximately as described, Slight differences might exist but they do not exceed the 1/4"-1/2". Please read carefully the dimensions of the bags before you put your order. If you wish to change the size, we can always customize the item for you and provide you the exact product you have in mind and like.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We wrap and pack our products with great care to protect them by using our signature protective dust bag to receive your bag in excellent condition.
In case you want the purchased product for a gift, let us know and we will wrap and package it properly.
