Mary was exceptional to deal with during the design of my new duffle. Communication to final product and delivery was impeccable. I will be ordering again in the future. Quality is top notch! One thing I may recommend is a firm bottom and corners so the bag keeps it shape at the bottom (this is a personal preference though)
